It's official
I've lost my mind. Good thing I'm going to the dr. today. Turns out I left an entire 1/2 gallon of ice cream (minus a small dish) on the kitchen counter last night. How could I not put it back in the freezer? I even came back in the kitchen to put the dish in the dishwasher. It makes me want to cry. I had a coupon for a free 1/2 gallon of ice cream from Kroger-thank God it was free, that's all I have to say! Now I'm going to go bang my head against the wall.
